The National Housing Conference Networking Breakfast is proudly brought to you by Community Housing Limited and will be held at the Perth Convention & Exhibition Centre.

Arrival begins from 6.45am allowing you to network with sector colleagues while enjoying a delicious sit-down breakfast featuring local produce and native ingredients.

Attendees will hear from an engaging panel discussing: 'Responding to community housing sector pressures and transformation: how to sustain CHPs for long-term impact'.

Amidst Australia’s housing crisis, the community housing sector is experiencing additional pressures alongside significant growth and transformation. Some of these impacts include rising complexity of customer needs, supply constraints, the cost of living, shifting players in the sector, and changing government policy and investment. Responding isn’t just about action – it’s about scale and capacity, coordination and sustained commitment to ensure CHPs are here for the long haul, benefiting both customers and communities.

Panelists:

Danny Dracic, Community Housing Limited

Michael Lennon, Housing Choices Australia

Moderator: Kath Snell, Shelter WA
