Kath Snell

Kath Snell has been the CEO of Shelter WA for three years. Originally from the UK, Kath has had a diverse career across sports tourism, commercial radio and marketing, but found her true calling in Perth’s not-for-profit sector nearly two decades ago. With a deep passion for equity, empowerment and connected communities, Kath has held senior leadership roles in aged care, volunteering and social impact. This is her third CEO role.  She’s also a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a proud diversity champion and even a qualified celebrant! Kath brings a strong belief that a safe, stable home is a basic human right and she’s committed to creating a society where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.
