Danny Dracic

Danny Dracic was appointed CHL’s Chief Executive Officer in May 2024. Danny joined CHL in 2008 as a Business Development Manager, bringing with him over two decades of extensive experience in the Property Development and Real Estate industry. With his continued strategic portfolio growth and demonstrated management experience, Danny was promoted to General Manager of Project Services and led the establishment of CHL’s dedicated Project Services business unit. Project Services played a pivotal role in the organisation’s portfolio expansion from 850 to over 12,000 properties nationwide. 

Danny commenced the role of Deputy CEO as part of a leadership transition in October 2022. This was endorsed by the CHL Board and his peers, who recognised his leadership capability and his innovative, people-first approach to problem-solving and financial acumen. His personal values of honesty, transparency and collaboration are reflected in his unique leadership style, as demonstrated by his successful navigation of complex and transformative changes within the organisation.

Danny completed the Advanced Management Program with Melbourne Business School and is a licensed Real Estate agent in Victoria and NSW. Outside of his professional commitments, Danny is actively involved in the community, serving with his local CFA. He enjoys outdoor activities, such as fishing, hiking and camping with his family and friends.
