Teresa is an architect with over 20 years of experience in the design and delivery of residential and mixed-use developments, including more than a decade in Australia. She is deeply committed to housing equity and is currently focused on the intersection of affordability, sustainability, and community in multi-residential design. Her work explores innovative models such as adaptable apartment typologies and multi-generational living, drawing on international case studies to inform locally relevant solutions. 

Teresa’s research investigates spatial and operational design efficiencies to enhance the viability of high-quality, affordable housing. She is actively involved in collaborative initiatives aimed at developing housing models that support social connection, promote environmental sustainability, and accommodate the evolving needs of diverse households.
