Sara is an experienced and dynamic leader with over 25 years of experience in the legal and community sectors. She is currently General Manager, Advocacy and Strategy at Anglicare WA, where she leads government relations and advocacy initiatives focused on systemic reform and community impact. Sara brings a deep understanding of equity and justice and applies this to Anglicare WA's bold public policy and advocacy efforts towards a just and fair WA where all people can thrive.
Previously, Sara served as CEO of Circle Green Community Legal where she successfully oversaw the merger of three legal centres.
Her career spans executive leadership, consultancy, policy development and law reform, grounded in a strong foundation of human rights, youth work, and community development.
She spent over a decade at Employment Law Centre of WA, specialising in workplace issues, and was a sessional lecturer at Curtin University’s Centre for Human Rights Education.
Her 12 years of consultancy work has focused on strategic management and community development.
