Natalie Clark has 18 years’ experience in the NSW social housing sector and is currently the Manager of Operational Policy and Rent Systems within Homes NSW.

She is passionate about supporting vulnerable people and strives to break disadvantage through her work in private market assistance products, crime prevention and antisocial behaviour reform, domestic and family violence intervention and prevention, and Aboriginal service delivery reform. She is also leading on strategic partnership work with Corrective Services to reduce homelessness and recidivism for people exiting custody, and in the community.

She has previously worked on the Community Services response to the Royal Commission into Institutional Responses to Child Sexual Abuse, the Domestic Violence Death Review Team, the Housing and Mental Health Agreement between public housing and NSW Health, major housing redevelopment and construction projects, and transitioning public housing tenants and clients from the former Ageing, Disability and Home Care agency to the National Disability Insurance Scheme.

Her previous experience and current projects have shaped her person-centred, holistic and collaborative approach to service delivery.
