With over 30 years of leadership experience in social housing and the past 8 years dedicated specifically to community housing, Margaret is a highly experienced executive driven by a deep commitment to improving communities and transforming lives. Known for strategic vision and collaborative leadership, Margaret has led operational service delivery and key initiatives in community and estate regeneration during her executive roles in the NSW Government. Her past experience in supporting people facing homelessness, domestic violence, and substance abuse has reinforced her belief that stable, affordable housing is not just a necessity—but a fundamental human right. She has tirelessly championed initiatives that expand access to safe, affordable housing while fostering inclusive, resilient neighbourhoods. 

Margaret holds a Social Sciences degree, a Real Estate licence, and is the Chair of PowerHousing Operations Roundtable —she is a passionate advocate for the community housing sector's important role in advocating for and delivering more social housing and improving lives.
