Lisa Dalla-Zuanna is a dedicated leader in the housing sector with over 20 years’ experience. Lisa now specialises in youth housing and the impact of housing design on mental health outcomes, and is a founding coalition member of the Home Time Campaign. Currently pursuing her Master’s in Property Development, Lisa brings a strong social lens to her work, ensuring that young people have access to safe, stable, and well-designed housing.

As the founding CEO of MCM Housing, Lisa has transformed the organization from the ground up. Under her leadership, MCM Housing now owns 15 properties, operates a rooming house, and manages 30 leased properties—delivering tailored, youth-focused housing solutions across Victoria. Lisa is passionate about integrating lived experience into housing design, ensuring that homes foster stability, independence, and positive well-being for young people.
