Kirsty Moore

Kirsty is a non-executive director, elected Councillor for the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD) and Institute of Public Administration Australia in WA, and a Fellow of CPA Australia and the Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Until 2024, Kirsty was CEO of Indigenous Business Australia, a Commonwealth Government economic development agency that delivers the Indigenous Home Ownership Program supporting over 20,000 First Nations families into home ownership with concessional, supported finance. During her six years with IBA she launched a national First Nations shared equity program and housing development finance product. Prior to that, Kirsty held senior positions in the WA State Government’s Housing Authority where she was responsible for shared equity and asset management of the $15bn social and government housing portfolio. Her early career was with National Australia Bank and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
