Kathryn Blake is the Team Leader, Sustainable Tenancies at Link Wentworth. With over a decade of experience in tenancy, youth homelessness and adult homelessness, Kathryn is a passionate advocate of trauma-informed service delivery to keep her clients living and thriving in their homes. 

Kathryn has worked alongside her team to develop a case coordination approach to sustaining tenancies that ensures social housing tenants can receive support to address vulnerabilities and prevent risk of homelessness, with a specific focus on tenants impacted by hoarding and squalor in their homes. 

In 2023, Kathryn achieved a Highly Commended for The Excellence in Customer Service and Business Support Award at the Powerhousing Awards.
