Jo’s leadership extends to both national and international for-purpose organisations, providing her with a profound understanding of the unique challenges involved in building resilient social purpose entities and effectively measuring social impact. She thrives on the challenge of identifying gaps within systems, establishing organisations, collaborative governance and assembling high-performing teams .

Jo’s trailblazing spirit is evident in her pivotal role in establishing the Paul Ramsay Foundation. Under her guidance, the foundation evolved from a billion-dollar start-up into a progressive trust based institution. Currently serving as the inaugural CEO of the Siddle Family Foundation and co-founder of PRISM, Jo champions innovative and progressive funding practice, with a particular interest in unlocking resources in Australia’s philanthropic sector for affordable and community housing.
