Ellis leads Strategy and New Business at Bridge Housing, delivering initiatives that create lasting social and environmental impact. She has worked in social policy and advocacy roles across the community sector, with expertise in housing, homelessness, and impact measurement.  Ellis developed and leads the ongoing implementation of Bridge Housing’s award-winning ESG strategy and social impact framework, with a focus on building wellbeing and climate resilience.

Using systems thinking and human-centred design frameworks, Ellis integrates sustainability across operations – linking policy, data, and tenant outcomes. She is skilled in co-design, community-led innovation, and driving cross-sector partnerships. Ellis holds an honours degree from the University of Sydney.
