Andrew is the General Manager of DevelopmentWA’s new Built Form program, leading a dedicated team focused on delivering fully constructed medium and high-density residential apartments to help meet Government targets for affordable and social housing.

An accomplished leader with extensive experience across a range of industries including mining, education, utilities and property development, Andrew joined DevelopmentWA in January 2025, reflecting the agency’s widened scope from land and property development to now include built form construction.

Andrew plays a key role in strategic planning and project implementation, working in close collaboration across all-of-Government at state and federal levels, the private sector and, importantly, the nation’s Community Housing Providers.

Prior to his appointment, Andrew was CEO of Community Housing Canberra, a not-for-profit residential property developer - the largest provider of social and affordable housing in the ACT.
