Andrew D’Arcy is the Chief Executive of St Kilda Community Housing, a grassroots organisation providing homes for people who’ve faced long-term homelessness and disadvantage. A lifelong advocate for fairness and inclusion, Andrew has spent more than two decades designing housing programs that turn compassion into impact. He’s proud to have led the creation of Madden House, a new supportive-housing model that brings community, safety and dignity to life in St Kilda.
